Brahmari .
The bee breathing technique

Built up anger? Too many emotions? Fears or inner turmoil?

Brahmari, the bee breathing technique will help you to calm back down.

It is an absolute miracle with many physical, mental and energetic effects. Just give it a try and see if it works for you.

Wishing you lots of inner joy and peace.

4-7-8 breathing technique

Fall asleep more easily and wind down. Different types of breathing techniques can be so helpful. For instance the 4-7-8 breathing technique.

If at first you find it too stressful to hold your breath for 7 seconds and to exhale for 8 seconds, you can adjust it and start off with 2-3, 5-4 seconds, then transition to 3-6-7 seconds until 4-7-8 seconds feel good to you.

Staying tuned is so worth it! According to my experience you notice first positive changes after a few weeks.

Me-Time.

Did you know that “me time“ improves your mental stability and mental well being? And did you know it also recharges your level of energy?

Wether you spend time just by yourself or with your loved ones – both is such a blessing for your soul.

Make sure to block time in your calendar just for “me time“. You don’t have to feel bad about it – quite the opposite: You should feel good about it because down time is something that we all need for our well-being. Take some time to simply do the things that

YOU love and that make you feel good. Turning off your phone and social media will help you to really unwind and to give your body and mind a chance to calm down.

When was the last time you took time off to do the things you love to do? What is it that makes you feel good?

A little reminder:

In order to live a balanced lifestyle
you have to take time off on a regular basis.

Wishing you a WONDERful week,
be your change.

Love,
Nicole 🤍

Our buddies.

I would like to introduce you to our buddies Uwe and Babsi. You wanna know what makes them our friends? They both exist within ourselves.

You might ask yourself “excuse me?!“

I would love to tell you all about them in one of my Stress Management and Relaxation workshops.

Did I spark your interest? Is Stressmanagement & Relaxation something that might help you?

I would be very happy if you were to sign up for one of my workshops. I am looking forward to meeting you!

Love, Nicole

Treat yourself well.

If you dont want to give up social media completely, here are some ways that might be beneficial for you:

– unfollow profiles that tear you down
– leave annoying group chats
– turn off push notifications
– set yourself a time frame for scrolling time
– look for other alternatives

Here is another book recommendation for you: “How to break up with your phone“ by Catherine Price

Take a break.

“Your inner voice can’t get a word in edgewise in the midst of all this hustle and noise“ [Else Pannek]

A little reminder for you:

Take time off just for YOURSELF. It’s THE best way to beat stress.

Wishing you a wonderful week.

Love,
Nicole
